Vital Diagnostics was formed in February 1993 to distribute laboratory diagnostics and instrumentation to the Australasian Diagnostics market. The Company has successfully grown to become a leading independent niche marketer in it's market.

• has a diverse customer base covering a wide range of customers from both medical and scientific laboratories.

Mission Statement

The Company seeks to become a significant non-aligned and specialist distributor of laboratory automation and consumable products. Wherever possible the Company will promote products that have a unique feature or can clearly be identified as having a niche market.

Service Support

Service is provided on the following basis:-

• Maximum 24 hour response time within 200 km of provincial centre.
• Vital Diagnostics customers to have a contact number for service and product support and advice.
• Maximum 4 hour response time within Sydney metropolitan area.
• These response times and levels of service offered are consistent with industry standards and with market expectations.
• We currently have a service engineer in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and in Sydney.

Delivery Policy

Better than 80% of product ordered by customers is delivered within 24 hours of receipt of order.
